Zirconia cement

Zircocem C-9 is a zircon based, non-corrosive ceramic adhesive potting compound. The cement when set has very high strength, with an adhesive strength of 36 kilograms per centimetres squared, and is also dispensable. Our Zirconia cement has excellent mechanical strength and outstanding chemical and thermal shock resistance. These advanced materials have the ability to withstand temperatures in excess of 1500^oC.

preparation

Mix Zircocem C-9 with water in ratio 4 parts powder to 1 part water by weight, alternatively mix with specialty MR liquid in same ratio and apply using trowel, brush or spray. Allow to cure at room temperature for around 24 hours at 25^oC Temperature. Also curing time depends on thickness.
