We have a wide range of manufacturing methods available to us for making formed ceramic shapes either as finished items or as part complete products suitable for finish machining.

Our machined ceramics facilities are able to cope with relatively low volume production as well as high volume and are able to manufacture finished machined ceramics to very tight tolerances.
 
Ceramic parts and components can be manufactured using a wide range of processes, all of which we are able to offer.  The choice of forming method and machining processes needed will depend upon the complexity, tolerance requirements, size and quantity of pieces required.  There can be a vast difference in price depending on the processes needed to make the parts so it is important that we have as much information as possible in order to quote the most cost effective product.
